All orders no matter how small are sent out with a vat invoice, this includes VAT on shipping. We make a point of only listing items that we have in stock, so if its in our ebay shop its on our shelves. New items are always being listed as our stock range expands, we always try to carry in excess of 5500 items in over 1400 stock lines listed at any one time. We do not sell loose inferior un-boxed, un-warrented items taken from split up railway or racing car sets as other ebay sellers offer. We are quite happy to talk to people using the old fashioned way of communication - the telephone! Please note - postage discounts always apply and the ebay system is set up to do this automatically even if not made clear in the listing - we always refund any postage overpayments which can happen with the ebay system so don't worry if the postage seems a lot when you have made your "buy it now" purchases I will alter it for you when Craigie has your order packed, you will see this mentioned in our feedback. We only charge for packing materials cost and postage cost and don't add a profit! Don't forget our postage prices include VAT as we are a VAT registered Company (reg no 877849641). We now have a contract with DHL which is a better and much cheaper option for larger and multiple orders. DHL provide a first rate world wide service which we are now able to offer at reduced rates, this now includes Europe by road which is in most cases cheaper than the post office. We would recomend that customers opt for the DHL service as it has proved much more reliable than 1st Class recorded in recent months. Note we send out in our proper purpose made packaging, all items are properly wrapped in new packing materials to make sure they don't arrive damaged.
If you are outside the EEC you can purchase your items VAT free, but please contact me first before bidding to ensure the maximum discount.
