DISPATCH OF YOUR ORDER: All items are posted within 1 working day of payment receipt. Any resultant delays are due to postal service. Proof of posting is obtained. ROYAL MAIL SERVICE: Please note that I subscribe to Royal Mail's Collection Service and pay an annual fee for this. This means that all my goods are collected from my business premises each working day and receive priority handling. I also receive signatures from the Royal Mail Collection Representative for all goods collected.

RETURNS: Returns must be confirmed via email for acceptance. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with original packaging where applicable. Refunds are discretionary at purchase price less P+P.
