We would like to thank all customers for there valued business, but we have decided we will be leaving ebay in next 4 months as we feel sellers are being abused by ebay and some customers are using the feedback incorrectly and not even emailing us to sort any issues out.

We like many sellers are being abused by new rules exessive charges and this makes it more expensive to buy on ebay so we are going to stay with our mail order side.

Please report to us any parcels not recieved as we have had a few customers that do not let us know and leave us negatives.

Always try to sort with us before leaving a negative feedback as this is not a true reflection on any company.

Refunds never an issue with us and we will assure all customers that we are a registered Company and there are rules when a customers pays for an item, All companys should offer a refund policy and a returns policy of 14 days.

We like to work with our customers in all cases.

We have had alot of parcels back where customers have not picked up orders from the R Mail 7 days later and are having to sort through the orders to send back again, we do not charge for reposting, but is causing us a few problems with these orders.
