You have the right to cancel your order from the date of a winning bid being placed, and up to fourteen days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. In the event of order cancellation, your money will be refunded in full within thirty days, less the cost of postage and packing. All goods must be returned unused, saleable and in the original packaging at the buyers cost.
In cases of product defect you must inform me, within 7 days of delivery. We will reimburse the postage costs on receipt of returned goods and a new product of exact specification will be dispatched if it is in stock. You will be notifed if a replacement or refund will be given.
