i always try my best to get your items out as quick as i can, please remember i am a mother of 6 kids not a retail fabric store. I try not to work the weekends but will answer any questions due to if i work the weekends i have to answer to me Kids who say i am all work and no play:)
if you are having your items shipped to a business, I do not take responsiblity for items not received. I would rather send my items to your home where there is less hands involved in getting the items to you.
