Therefore, if you contact us within 14 days of the invoice registered dispatch date, you will be able to obtain a refund, exchange, credit note or gift voucher, if you are not satisfied with your goods for whatever reason!
All that we ask is that the goods are returned in mint condition, unworn and that you send the goods via Recorded Delivery, as we cannot refund or replace items that are lost in return transit.
In relation to watches only. If you contact us after the aforementioned 14 day period and you have an issue with the product, you will need to contact the Service Dept of the item manufacturer. Each watch we dispatch has a dealer/date stamped warranty card enclosed.
In relation to sunglasses and accessories, you will need to notify us within the aforementioned 14 day period, if there are any issues with your item. Therefore, please check your item carefully upon receipt. |
