Delicate and breakable items will be wrapped in bubble wrap before being placed in an appropriate box / jiffy bag or plastic postal bag before being posted. It is our responsibility to ensure items we send are received in the same condition as advertised. This needs to be taken into account when we charge for postage and packaging as we do not want you to receive broken or damaged items. We are trying to run a small business and are not here to overcharge anybody with postage costs, so please take into account the cost of packaging and the time taken to ensure you receive your items(s) in one piece. |
