We highly recommend that if you have any sizing or colour issue questions you call our office mon-fri on 01636 704922, we have staff on hand to help guide you on selecting the best fitting size and to advise you on colours or to give you links to our swatch service.
We would also ask that if you have purchased the incorrect size for yourself that you contact us WITHIN 7 days of receipt quoting your bust, waist and hip measurements and your invoice number and we will do our upmost to help you correct the error.

Please do not return any items BEFORE contacting us, if we are not aware of the returning goods and they do not show our returns note, they will be rejected, this is because some buyers have attempted to return items after several months, and if we know of the returning goods we can action them much more quickly.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay all carriage costs involved with exchanges/refunds !
