Our postage and packing charges include the non recoverable 17.5 % VAT charged to us by HM Inland Revenue. If you are ordering multiples of different fabrics in the UK please wait until we invoice you before payment as we can generally discount from the listed P & P charges on multiple orders of Fabrics or goods. Generally speaking goods up to one kilos are sent 1st class and over 1 kilos are sent by parcel post ( 2-5 days ) - if you require a more express service please email for a quote before ordering.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order from Minerva Fabrics Ltd . If you are not 100% happy then please either contact us or return the item for a refund. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition it was sent to you in within 14 days of the sale date.  Certain items are not returnable. These are items that are specially ordered in for a customer & items that are ''cut off'' for each individual order.

Please note: We do not refund postage costs. Items that are returned back to us for refunds will be minus postage costs.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges; simply return the item to us with a covering note explaining what you would like in exchange. Goods must be received back in the same condition they were sent in.

When returning goods or exchanging them please keep your proof of postage back to us. Items that are damaged or lost in the post we cannot be held responsible for.

We can and will supply samples up to a reasonable amount, of any of our fabrics on receipt of a S.A.E. and full description ( preferable ebay print out ) of the fabrics you require a sample of. Please send to our business address - Minerva Fabrics Ltd, 22/27, Market Hall, Ainsworth Street, Blackburn, Lancashire BB1 6AF.  Please note sample requests without a stamped addressed envelope will be ignored. Please provide sufficient postage to cover the samples.

N.B. We accept cheques drawn from a UK bank and only accept paypal for overseas transactions.
