Customers must check that the goods are not damaged before signing for the goods. Any deliverys signed "unchecked" means that the goods have been received in good condition, and the customer is responsible for any damage thereafter. It is assumed that the goods are ok, if the customer signs for the delivery. NOTE - If your item is received damaged or the packaging ripped; please sign for it as DAMAGED. If possible, please take photos of any damage as this will help us improve the courier service to you in future.
RETURNS POLICY We can only accept refunds if the purchase is returned at the buyers cost, in its original packaging and condition for resale. We have a 20% restocking policy and refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the item less original P&P. It is the customers responsibility that the goods are returned undamaged.
