Items are usually despatched within 24 hours but are guaranteed to be despatched within 48 hours of payment being received through paypal. Returns
We conscientiously check all items before despatch, however, we offer a no quibble returns service if the item is faulty or even if you decide the item is not what you require. If the item is faulty we will gladly refund your postage costs, however we cannot cover this cost if it is simply an unwanted item. Please return items to us within 14 days for a full refund. Any returns should be well packaged as we cannot accept responsibility for any breakages whilst in transit and any returns must be in a saleable condition unless found to be faulty. Whilst we endeavour to offer a prompt refund customers should allow up to 48 hours for this refund to be made.
