New eBay feedback-based fee structuring has given us no real choice but to adopt this zero-tolerance policy. Too many new eBay members have left negative/neutral feedback, without contacting us first to try and get the problem resolved. We have been trading extensively on eBay since 2002. The vast majority of our sales are to repeat customers who know we always strive to offer good value for money and a positive buying experience.
Eurozone buyers! Take advantage of the weak pound, now worth about the same as the Euro. You are unlikely find such good value from sellers in your own country, at the moment.
