If your items are damaged or faulty we promise to replace where possible.  If it's not possible we will refund in full on receipt of the returned goods. Buyers should contact us immediately and arrange for return of the items.  Once we have the items back, we can process your refund or replacement.  Buyers are liable for items until received back with us (we recommend you send recorded delivery or other traceable means).

Items that don't fit or you don't like are not deemed to be faulty and due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items.

Payment to be recieved within 5 business days.  Buy It Now and Shop Items will require immediate payment via PayPal.

Our postage charge includes the cost of packaging up items carefully.  All our items are sent out Recorded Delivery insuring they arrive quickly and safely.
